Head Turners Hair & Nail Designs stand behind our merchandise 100%.

 

When returning items:

ALL RETURNS FOR ANY REASON MUST BE RECEIVED WITHIN (14) FOURTEEN DAY OF DELIVERY NO EXCEPTIONS.  NO CREDIT OR REFUND WILL BE MADE AFTER THAT TIME PERIOD.  YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL POSTAGE.  CHECK YOUR ORDER CAREFULLY.

 

1. All returned items must be in the original packaging.

 

2. Returned Items must be unused/unopened and in the original packaging. 

 

3. There is a 30% restocking fee on returned items that are not damaged, defective are received in error.

 

4. REFUSED, RETURNED DUE TO INSUFFICIENT ADDRESS, INCORRECT ADDRESS, UNCLAIMED Orders will be charged a 30% restocking fee on the sales.  We will also deduct any postage we incur as a result of an item being shipped and/or returned.

 

5. We will not give a credit or refund for used merchandise.

 

6  If you have received a defective item from us, return the item and a copy of your invoice.    Please inform us which you prefer a replacement item or a refund for the defective merchandise.  All returns must be received within 14 fourteen days of delivery no exceptions.

 

7.  All Custom Lace, Indian Remy Hair, Human Hair, Wigs & hair pieces (synthetic or human) are NON-REFUNDABLE.

 

8.  All custom lace units, indian remy hair, human hair,wigs units are shipped express mail and are not included in the ship free/discount offer.

 


Please allow up to 30 days for a credit to be applied to your account.

 

For orders that are damaged in shipping:

Please notify us immediately so we can take the proper steps to replace the damaged merchandise.

  • Orders ship in 1 to 3 business days unless stated otherwise
  • FREE / DISCOUNT shipping limited to United States, APO/FPO addresses, and  U.S. territories. 
        
  • Upon completion all Human hair product are shipped USPS Express Mail 1 - 2 Days 
  • Local Pickup on pre-paid orders only. 
  • Local Orders placed before 5:00 pm can be pickup the next business day on in stock items. 
  • Orders placed without correct shipping will be refunded.
  • Please provide valid telephone number / email address.  

 

INTERATIONAL CUSTOMERS

 

Customs, duties and other fees assessed by the destination country for an item can NOT be paid when the item is mailed. The recipient of the mailpiece is the only one who can pay the customs fees.

 

All items entering a foreign country are subject to customs inspection and assessment of duties, taxes, and fees in accordance with that country's national laws. This is not new. Customs duties and taxes are assessed, generally, if the item sent is dutiable and if the value of the item is above the threshold set by the country's laws. Each country assesses customs, duties, and taxes.

 

It is important to understand that, if duties and taxes are assessed on an item mailed, they are collected from the recipient.

 

 

 

Postage is charged to cover the expense of delivery only.  Postage does not cover charges assessed by customs in the destination country.
