Returned Items must be unused and in the original packaging. 3. There is a 50% restocking fee on returned items. 4. REFUSED, RETURNED DUE TO INSUFFICIENT ADDRESS, INCORRECT ADDRESS, UNCLAIMED Orders will be charged a 50% restocking fee on the sales. We will also deduct any postage we incur as a result of an item being shipped and/or returned. 5. We will not give a credit or refund for used merchandise. 6 If you have received a defective item from us, return the item and a copy of your invoice. All custom lace units, indian remy hair, and human hair units are shipped express mail and are not included in the ship free when you order over $99 offer. For orders that are damaged in shipping: Please notify us immediately so we can take the proper steps to replace the damaged merchandise.
