Cancellations

Every guest appointment is important, and is reserved especially for you.  We ask for a 24 hour notice for cancelling services. We understand that last minute situations come up from time to time, and it isn’t possible to cancel within a 24 hour time frame.  When you forget about or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time and standby guests miss the opportunity to receive services.  To help with this, we’re happy to waive our cancellation fee and accommodate scheduling adjustments, provided that we receive at least 24 hours notice prior to your scheduled appointment. 

Please be aware that if you have more than two no-call, no-shows, late or fail to cancel within 24 hours you will be charged a $35 fee and in addition asked to prepay in cash for future appointments.  We allow a 15 minute late window into a scheduled hair appointment before that appointment needs to be rescheduled.


Salon Etiquette

Please mindful of other guests’ space. While you are certainly welcome to engage in quiet conversation, please refrain from loud talking. We also ask that you silence all cell phones and tablets.  Head Turners is a place where many come to relax and recharge.  To promote a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere for all, no children are permitted in the salon unless they are receiving a service.  There is no expection to this rule please don't ask.



Specialty Colors and Corrective Color

In order to book a first-time specialty color service or a color correction service, a consultation with a stylist is required. This allows us to accurately assess the hair and determine the necessary timing and pricing for the service.

We accept Visa,  MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Debit Cards with Visa/MasterCard Logo, and PayPal.


Privacy Policy

Head Turners Hair & Nail Designs is committed to protecting your privacy. We use the information we collect about you to process orders/purchases and to provide a more personalized shopping experience. We do not sell, trade or rent your personal information to others. You will only receive emails from us that may have relevant information about your recent order. Only voluntary email list subscribers will receive emails for any other reason.


Product Pictures

Our merchandising team strives to update pictures with the most current packaging from our brands. However, if you received a product that looks slightly different than our site pictures, we are in the process of updating the product picture.


Fraud Policy

To prevent fraud, frequent return requests are subject to review by.   We reserve the right to deny refunds for any suspicious activity.
