We gladly accept returns and exchanges, provided they are returned within 14 days of delivery date. All returned items are subject to a 30% restocking fee. All items sent back for return or exchange must have an R.M.A. (return authorization) number. Please contact us for a R.M.A. number before shipping an item back. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable. There are no refunds on any items that had been used, open or does not have its original packaging.  Lace units, human and synthetic hair products are non returnable or refundable.  To qualify for a refund, ALL items must be returned unused and in their original condition, including the original packaging and containers, documentation, warranty cards, manuals, all accessories. Any electrical appliance that has been opened/used, and the seal of the electrical cord has been untied - the return will not be honored and there will be no refund issued. We will refund your money to the credit card or PayPal account you used to purchase your item. Due to Health Department Regulations, we can not accept returns on the following products: hair brushes/combs, nail polish, make-up / cosmetics, hair extensions, hair pieces, wigs or any item that touches the hair, skin or scalp.. Please note that we can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error. We provide no refunds for unauthorized items returned to us. All merchandise being returned must be authorized before you return it, and must be arranged within 14 days of receiving your order. Unauthorized returns and returned items that do not meet our guidelines become the property of Headturnershair.com and will be disposed of.


Please allow 2-3 weeks for your return to be processed once it has been received at our warehouse. After your return is received and inspected, our customer service department will email you once your credit is ready to be issued.
