Shipping & Handling Processing Time
Most orders will be processed the next business day for in stock items, however on rare occasions allow up to 3 - 5 business days for processing. Total delivery time between placing a order and receiving your order varies according to geographical location. Most in stock orders received within 7 business days. We will inform you of any changes in estimated shipment dates, but we will not be responsible for delays in delivery due to events beyond our control, including damage during shipping, incorrect shipping address, transportation failures, or acts of God. Orders with items that are out of stock or contain back ordered items may take up to 2 to 3 weeks. We will notify you soon after you place your order if you have any out of stock items. Orders placed on weekends and holidays will not be processed until Monday or the next business day. Orders placed before 12:00 pm CST will be processed the same day.
International Shipping / Custom Fees/Duty Fees
We ship worldwide, however international orders are subject to local fees, taxes, duties and customs. We do not cover these additional charges. We recommend that you contact your local customs office to request details regarding these charges before you order. If you refuse delivery of your order, you remain responsible for all original shipping costs, duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the refused delivery, in addition to the cost of returning the package to Headturnershair.com. These costs will be subtracted from your refund so, please check with your local customs office about additional fees before placing order. International orders are not returnable.
When your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email. This email will contain shipment details, tracking number and selected carrier. To track your order, click on the tracking number located in the email and you will be directed to carrier site that will show the progress of your shipment.
